1. Kilit Dostu nedir

  • Seçtiğin uygulamaları ve siteleri, Apple'ın Ekran Süresi özelliğiyle belirli bir süre kilitleyen bir uygulama. Erken açmak için seçtiğin bir arkadaşına (anahtar sahibine) sorarsın; o da kendi uygulamasından ya da bir web sayfasından cevap verir.
  • Anahtar sahiplerinin abone olması gerekmez.
  • Kilitlemek için iPhone ve Ekran Süresi izni gerekir. İzin vermesen de bir arkadaşının anahtarını tutabilirsin.

2. Kimler kullanabilir

  • 18 yaşında ya da daha büyük olmalısın.
  • Bu koşulları ve Apple'ın App Store koşullarını kabul edersin.

3. Engelleme garanti edilmez

  • Kilit Dostu, Apple'ın Ekran Süresi altyapısına dayanır. Bu altyapı durabilir, gecikebilir ya da atlatılabilir (örneğin Ayarlar'dan Ekran Süresi erişimini kapatmak, uygulamayı silmek, telefon saatini değiştirmek, iOS hataları ya da güncellemeleri).
  • Uygulama korumanın kapalı olabileceğini fark ettiğinde sana ve anahtar sahibine "doğrulanamadı" bilgisini gösterir. Her durumu fark etmeyebilir.
  • Aksaması zarara yol açabilecek hiçbir iş için Kilit Dostu'na güvenme. Kandırılamayacağını vaat etmiyoruz.
  • Kilit Dostu tıbbi, sağlık ya da terapi hizmeti değildir.

4. Acil durumlar

  • Hayati bir acil durumda kilidi her zaman kaldırabilirsin: Ayarlar > Ekran Süresi'nden Kilit Dostu'nun erişimini kapat. Bu yol her an çalışır, arkadaşın gerekmez.
  • Uygulamadaki acil geçiş (ayda 3 hak, 45 saniye bekleme, gerekçe zorunlu, anahtar sahibine bilgi gider) günlük acil işler içindir, hayati durumlar için değil.
  • Telefon, Mesajlar ve Haritalar'ı seçme (acil durumda gerekebilecek hiçbir uygulamayı seçme). Uygulama seçim ekranında bu uyarıyı gösterir; neyi seçtiğin senin sorumluluğundadır.

5. Anahtar sahipleri

  • Anahtar sahibi sana iyilik yapan bir arkadaştır. Sana karşı hiçbir yükümlülüğü ya da sorumluluğu yoktur: "şimdi değil" diyebilir, isteklere cevap vermeyebilir ya da anahtarı istediği an bırakabilir; bu hemen geçerli olur.
  • Anahtar sahipleri seni engelleyip bildirebilir. Web'den anahtar tutanlar istekleri durdurup adlarını silebilir.
  • Anahtar sahibin kilit sürerken ayrılırsa acil geçiş ve 4. maddedeki Ayarlar yolu yine elindedir.
  • Kilit sürerken anahtar sahibini değiştiremezsin; değişiklik bir sonraki kilitte geçerli olur.

6. Abonelik ve ödemeler

  • Lockbud Pro, Apple tarafından satılan, kendiliğinden yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyat, deneme süresi ve yenileme tarihi ödemeden önce gösterilir.
  • Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler'den iptal edene kadar yenilenir.
  • İadeleri Apple yapar (reportaproblem.apple.com); biz doğrudan iade yapamayız.
  • Hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
  • Satın alımları geri yükleme Ayarlar'dadır.

7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

  • Yalnızca anahtarını tutmayı kabul eden kişileri davet et. Ad, not ya da gerekçeler üzerinden taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi ya da istek yağdırmak yok.
  • Hizmeti bozmaya, tersine mühendisliğe, aşırı yüklemeye ya da kod ve PIN tahmin etmeye çalışmak yok.
  • Kilit Dostu'nu başka birini haberi olmadan izlemek ya da kontrol etmek için kullanma.
  • Bildirme: uygulamada "Engelle ve bildir", web'de "Bu kişiden istek alma ve adımı sil" ya da [CONTACT_EMAIL] adresine e-posta. Bildirimleri 24 saat içinde inceleriz; içeriği ya da hesabı kaldırabiliriz.

8. İçeriğin

  • Görünen adın, notların ve gerekçelerin senindir. Bunları yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için saklamamıza ve anahtar sahibine göstermemize izin verirsin. Filtreler bazı kelimeleri engelleyebilir.

9. Hesap ve silme

  • Ayarlar > Hesap > "Hesabımı sil" hesabını hemen siler. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda.
  • 1. sürümde hesap bağlama yok; yeni telefon yeni anahtar bağlantıları demektir (aboneliğin Geri Yükle ile geri gelir).
  • 7. maddeye aykırı hesapları askıya alabiliriz.

10. Değişiklikler ve erişilebilirlik

  • Özellikleri değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz; bu koşullardaki önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada bildiririz.
  • Hizmet zaman zaman kullanılamayabilir (ağ ya da sağlayıcı kesintileri). İstekler için bağlantı gerekir; acil geçiş çevrimdışı da çalışır.

11. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

  • Hizmet, kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
  • Kilidin açık ya da kapalı kalmasından, anahtar sahibinin cevabından ya da sessizliğinden veya Ekran Süresi'nin davranışından doğan kaçırılmış arama, mesaj, kayıp ya da zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
  • Bu koşullar, emredici tüketici hukukundan (örneğin 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) doğan haklarını sınırlamaz. Vitrin bazında sınırlama ifadesi: Danışmana sorulacak.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

1. What Lockbud is

  • An app that blocks apps and sites you choose for a set time, using Apple's Screen Time. To unlock early, you ask a friend you chose (the "key holder"), who answers in their app or on a web page.
  • Key holders don't need a subscription.
  • You need an iPhone and Screen Time permission to lock. Without it you can still hold a friend's key.

2. Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You agree to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.

3. Blocking is not guaranteed

  • Lockbud relies on Apple's Screen Time. It can stop working, be delayed, or be bypassed (for example: turning off Screen Time access in Settings, deleting the app, changing the phone clock, iOS bugs or updates).
  • When the app notices protection may be off, it tells you and your key holder "couldn't verify". It may not notice every case.
  • Don't rely on Lockbud for anything where a failure could cause harm. Lockbud is not cheat-proof.
  • Lockbud is not a medical, health or therapy service.

4. Emergencies

  • In a real emergency you can always remove the lock: Settings > Screen Time, turn off Lockbud's access. This works at any time, with no friend needed.
  • The in-app emergency pass (3 per month, 45-second wait, reason required, your key holder is told) is for everyday urgent needs, not life-threatening ones.
  • Don't pick Phone, Messages or Maps (or any app you may need in an emergency). The app shows this warning on the picker; you are responsible for what you pick.

5. Key holders

  • A key holder is a friend doing you a favor. They have no duty or responsibility to you: they can say "not now", ignore requests, or give the key back at any time, effective immediately.
  • Key holders can block and report you. Web key holders can stop requests and delete their name.
  • If your key holder leaves during a lock, you still have the emergency pass and the Settings path in section 4.
  • You can't change your key holder in the middle of a lock; changes apply from your next lock.

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • Lockbud Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple. Price, trial and renewal date are shown before you pay.
  • It renews until you cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); we can't issue refunds ourselves.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
  • Restore purchases is in Settings.

7. Acceptable use

  • Only invite people who agreed to hold your key. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or spamming requests through names, notes or reasons.
  • No attempts to break, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or guess codes and PINs.
  • Don't use Lockbud to monitor or control another person without their knowledge.
  • Reporting: "Block and report" in the app, "Stop requests from this person and delete my name" on the web, or email [CONTACT_EMAIL]. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or accounts.

8. Your content

  • Your display name, notes and reasons are yours. You let us store them and show them to your key holder only to run the service. Filters may block some words.

9. Account and deletion

  • Settings > Account > "Delete my account" deletes your account right away. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
  • Version 1 has no account linking; a new phone means new key links (your subscription comes back with Restore).
  • We may suspend accounts that break section 7.

10. Changes and availability

  • We may change or stop features; we'll tell you in the app about important changes to these terms.
  • The service may be unavailable at times (network or provider outages). Requests need a connection; the emergency pass works offline.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.
  • We are not liable for missed calls, messages, losses or harm from a lock staying on or turning off, from a key holder's answer or silence, or from Screen Time behavior.
  • Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law (for example Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or the Australian Consumer Law). Exact limitation wording per storefront: to confirm with counsel.

12. Governing law

  • Governing law: [GOVERNING_LAW]. Courts: [COURTS]. Your consumer rights to use local courts and consumer arbitration committees stay intact. To confirm with counsel.

13. Open-source licenses

  • Listed in the app under Settings > Help > "Open-source licenses" (includes the OFL text for the Nunito and Onest fonts, which this website also uses: OFL.txt).
